2009 Shiraz

Tasting Notes

Heat, drought and threat of fire made for a very tough season. Remarkably, these vines in the foothills of the Strathbogie Ranges, shrugged off the extremes and again produced outstanding fruit. Luscious berries, stunning coloured juice translatedto a wine of inense crimson-purple luscious and rich. The fruit is the foundation of a very good medium-to full-bodied wine witha great future. Great complexity, balance and wonderful mouth feel. This wine is an exception for the vintage.Halliday rating 95. Drinking now or to 2030.

Enjoy the fruits of our labour. Pease decant this wine.
