2013 Cabernet Sauvignon released

We handpicked small dark purple berries of intense flavor in early March. Hand plunged, with some whole bunches, the wine was judiciously matched with new and two year old oak.  The tannins are youthful and enveloping the fruit masterfully. Dark confectionary and berry characters lurk on the nose and palate. The flavour is medium to full-bodied and lasts long after the glass is emptied.

Once again this small patch of earth in the Strathbogie foothills has risen to the task of producing a splendid drop.

This wine will mature beautifully in the bottle or is suitable to drink right now.
